- See multiple credit card charges? WE NEVER CHARGE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD BEFORE ORDER IS SHIPPED. We do check funds availability and billing address verification and you might see temporary authorization hold by YOUR BANK. It doesn't mean that we got your money. Those authorization holds usually removed after 72 hours. Our bank requires correct billing address and it's essential to provide correct billing address. Some non-US credit cards doesn't support address verification system and we unable to charge such credit cards. Please note, we don't have control over your bank temporary authorization hold. You may contact your bank to expedite removal process. Otherwise you can do nothing and it will be removed automatically. Temporary hold will never appear on your paper credit/debit card statement.
When credit card is valid, you will be redirected to order confirmation page and order number will be assigned. You will receive order confirmation email also. Order will appear in "My Account" area.
