Exchange policy
- Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from ship date.
- To replace a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address prior to returning the item. Please contact us to receive this information.
NOTE: All packages received without a RMA number on the outside of the package will not be processed and will be returned to sender.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all exchanges. This fee does not apply if items sent incorrectly.
Return Policy
- We will process a refund on unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must include all original manufacturer's packaging.
- To return a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address prior to returning the item. Please contact us to receive this information.

- Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA issue date.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Warranty Claims
All warranty issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing. If defect occurred within 30 days since purchase date please follow exchange procedure.
