Exchange policy
- We will process an exchange on unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must include all original manufacturer's packaging. Packaging must be in good condition.
Do not ship helmets and boots without a shipping box. Box that comes with helmets and boots is not intended to be used as shipping box and product might arrive damaged.
- Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from ship date.
- To replace a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address prior to returning the item. Please contact us to receive this information. Specify items you wish to exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
NOTE: All packages received without a RMA number on the outside of the package will not be processed and will be returned to sender.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all exchanges. This fee does not apply if items sent incorrectly.

- Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA issue date.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Shipping cost is not refundable. Actual shipping cost is listed on your order details including orders with shipping discounts. Actual shipping cost will be deducted for all returns including orders with shipping discount. If you return part of the order, shipping cost withhold will be prorated.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all returns.
If a return is shipped without a valid RMA number written on the outside of the package, item is used, damaged, labels or packaging are missing, the items will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Warranty Claims
All warranty issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing. If defect occurred within 30 days since purchase date please follow exchange procedure.
