Exchange Policy
- We will process an exchange for unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must include all of the original manufacturer's packaging. Packaging must be in good condition.
Do not ship helmets and boots without a shipping box. The box that comes with the helmets and boots is not intended to be used as the shipping box as the product might arrive damaged. - Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from the ship date.
- To replace a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address prior to returning the item. Please contact us to receive this information. Specify the items that you wish to exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
NOTE: All packages received without a RMA number on the outside of the package will not be processed and will be returned to the sender. - Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA issue date or within 30 days for international orders.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all exchanges. This fee does not apply if the items were sent incorrectly.

- The shipping cost is not refundable. The actual shipping cost will be deducted for all returns, including orders with shipping discounts. If you return only part of the order, the shipping cost withhold will be prorated.

If a return is shipped without a valid RMA number written on the outside of the package, the item returned is used or damaged, or if any labels or packaging are missing, then the items will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. We are not be responsible for any shipping loss.
Socks Policy
We will not accept returns or exchanges for socks due to hygiene reasons.
Declined Delivery / Address Errors
For all refused packages or any returns to MX Outfit due to an incorrect address, the absence of the recipient, or the decline to pay import taxes for international orders, we will process a refund for the order, excluding any shipping charges that we have incurred.
Warranty Claims
All warranty issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.
