Shipping Policy

Shipping cost is calculated based on the product weight. To calculate the shipping cost, including the cost for international orders, please add all of your products to the shopping cart and select "Ship to Country" on the basket page. This page will calculate your total amount.

Product Availability

Our website shows product availability as "In Stock" or as an "Availability Date." Please note, the "In Stock" product status is based on our inventory or the manuafacturer's inventory data. These data sources are often correct, but inventory discrepancies may happen. For such orders, we will contact you.

Orders with products having an "Availability Date" will be marked as "Backorder" and will be shipped when the product becomes available. "Availability Date" is provided by the manufacturer and might change without notice.

Shipping Options

USA

We offer the following shipping methods to our domestic customers:

Standard - average 2-7 business days. Rates as low as $4.95. Shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground.

FREE contiguous US shipping on orders over $90.
FREE Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territories shipping for light packages on orders over $90.

Enter ZIP code on basket page and it will calculate the shipping charge.
FedEx Ground - average 2-7 business days. Shipped via FedEx Ground only.
Express - up to 4 business days guaranteed. Shipped via FedEx Expedited service or USPS Priority Mail.

Express shipping method - Please note:
Shipping time starts the next business day after your package leaves our warehouse. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) from the date the shipping carrier receives the parcel. For orders received by 2pm PST, we deliver the parcel to the shipping carrier on the same day.
For example,
If you place an "Express" order on Thursday after 2pm PST: Your order will be processed the next business day on Friday. Days count: 1st day - Monday, 2nd day - Tuesday, 3rd day - Wednesday, 4th day - Thursday.
You will receive your package no later than Thursday!

We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Please let us know if you did not receive your package within 2 weeks.

CANADA

USPS International - rates as low as $5.95. Shipped via US Mail First-Class Package or Priority Mail.
Usually takes 1-3 weeks and provides step by step tracking.
In rare cases and during high volume Christmas shipping seasons, a package might takes up to 8 weeks.
USPS Express Mail - Shipped via US Mail Express Mail.
Usually takes up to 1 week and provides step by step tracking.

Please let us know if you did not receive your package within 8 weeks.

OTHER COUNTRIES

USPS First-Class Package - rates as low as $8.95.
Low cost shipping option and available for packages up to 4lb.
Usually takes 2-6 weeks and DOES NOT provide step by step tracking. This shipping method only offers package acceptance notifications by USPS and an internal delivery confirmation for our records. It DOES NOT provide step by step tracking outside of USA.
In rare cases and during high volume Christmas shipping seasons, a package might takes up to 2 months.
USPS Priority Mail - rates as low as $29.95.
Usually takes 2-4 weeks and includes step by step tracking. In rare cases and during high volume Christmas shipping seasons, a package might takes up to 2 months.
USPS Express Mail - rates as low as $49.95.
Usually takes up to 2 weeks and includes step by step tracking. We strongly recommend it for time sensitive international orders.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE:

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. That money is charged by your government as import taxes.
